Ivy Lane is in Burt County Nebraska, but on the Iowa side of the river. To get there you take Interstate 29 to the Mondamin, IA Exit. If you are interested in looking at the cabin you will need to call (712) 646-2501. Hopefully the lawn will be mowed before you look at the cabin!! Not a promise.

Ivy Lane is governed by the Ivy Lane Corp. This cabin is on leased ground and the rent is $500 per year, due the 1st of April. (Lease is paid until April). The Corp. does have a list of rules you must abide by. You can not live at the cabin year round.
You are responsible for your own well and lights. The living room is an addition to the trailer, and is about 15x15, all the furniture in the picture stays. These pictures were taken from the dinning room which is about 16x12, just a guess. But there is room for more than a table and chairs.
These are all older cupboards, the Electric Stove and Refrigerator are about 3 years old, but only used for 2 summers as no one used the cabin for the past year. Everything in the kitchen stays.
This is the largest of the 2 bedrooms, no furniture is included with the bedroom. There is a smaller bedroom, but we forgot to take any pictures.

We didn't take a picture of the closet outside the bathroom, there is a hot water tank and lots of nuts, bolts and washers, you get all of them!
If you look at the ceiling at the end of the hall, you can see a white spot on the right side, there is a leak in the roof. There is also a leak at the end of the dinning room and above the kitchen window.
There are about 90 cabins in Ivy Lane, so at any given time you will have many neighbors to get to know!!
Taxes are paid up to date and I will provide a copy of the receipt, they are about $41.96 a year.
